**Eazy iBrows & Hair Salon: Henna Application Policy and Agreement** Our goal is to ensure your henna experience is safe, enjoyable, and successful. Please review and acknowledge the following terms before your appointment. --- ### 1. **Consultation and Patch Test Requirement** - Before henna application, a consultation is required to discuss the desired outcome, check for potential allergies, and address any skin conditions. - A patch test may be carried out at least 48 hours prior to the treatment to ensure there are no adverse skin reactions. ### 2. **Health and Safety** - Clients must inform the technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions, including pregnancy, that may affect the service. - Eazy iBrows & Hair Salon uses natural henna; however, the client must confirm no known allergies to its ingredients. ### 3. **Service Details** - Henna is a natural dye that colors the skin and hair, varying from orange to deep red-brown hues, depending on skin type and application duration. - Henna applied to skin or hair typically lasts 1-3 weeks, determined by aftercare and personal skin/hair type. ### 4. **Preparation and Aftercare** - On the day of your appointment, ensure the skin area and/or hair is clean and free of lotions, oils, or conditioners. - After application, allow the henna to dry completely and avoid contact with water for at least 12-24 hours post-application to ensure optimal results. ### 5. **Service Guarantee** - While we aim for satisfying outcomes, the variability of skin and hair types means we cannot guarantee specific color results. Contact us within 7 days if you are dissatisfied. ### 6. **Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy** - Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. - Failure to show or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee equalling up to the full service cost. ### 7. **Pricing and Payment** - Prices are discussed during the initial consultation. A deposit may be required to hold your appointment, applied towards the final service cost. ### 8. **Liability Waiver** - Clients understand the possibility of allergic reactions and assume all risks associated with henna applications. - Eazy iBrows & Hair Salon is not liable for adverse reactions following the service if clients fail to disclose complete medical history or do not follow aftercare instructions. ### 9. **Non-Refundable Policy** - Payments for henna services no refundable
