Please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions prior to your appointment. --- ### 1. **Consultation Requirement** - A mandatory consultation is required before the keratin treatment to discuss hair condition, desired results, and any potential contraindications. ### 2. **Health and Safety** - It is crucial to disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities. Inform the technician about previous chemical treatments, such as coloring or perming. - A strand test may be conducted to determine hair compatibility with the keratin formula. ### 3. **Treatment Overview** - Keratin treatments are designed to smooth and defrizz hair, resulting in a sleek finish that can last up to 3-5 months, depending on hair type, home care regimen, and environmental factors. ### 4. **Post-Treatment Care** - Clients should avoid washing their hair or using hair ties, clips, or any styling aids for a minimum of 72 hours post-treatment to allow the keratin to fully penetrate. - Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to prolong the effects of the keratin treatment. ### 5. **Service Guarantee** - Our goal is your satisfaction; however, due to varying hair types, results can differ. Notify us within 7 days if the results do not meet expectations, and we will assess whether corrective measures are needed. ### 6. **Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy** - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to appointments. - Lateness, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows may incur a fee up to the full cost of the treatment. ### 7. **Pricing and Payment** - Pricing will be discussed during the consultation. A deposit may be required to secure the booking, which will be applied to the final service cost. ### 8. **Liability Waiver** - Clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with chemical hair treatments, including potential damage or allergic reactions. - Eazy iBrows & Hair Salon is not liable for any damage following non-compliance with post-care instructions or failure to disclose relevant health information. ### 9. **Non-Refundable Policy** - Payments for keratin treatments are non-refundable.
